• Motions may be sent to bvanderputten@calgary.anglican.ca by 12:00 noon on Friday, September 16, 2011 for distribution at Synod. Please be aware that at this Synod we will be focusing on adopting the new Constitution and Canons, and any other motions will likely not be discussed until the next Synod.

• Pre-payment from parishes for delegates is accepted at the Diocesan Office until Friday, September 16, 2011 at $75 per delegate. Please send in with the Prepayment Form. After September 16 fees will be $100 per delegate.

• Requests for Exhibits are being processed by the Ven. Ansley Tucker. Please contact her at mat89@telus.net regarding booking a display table at Synod.

• Tentatively Synod 2012 will be on May 4 and 5, 2012.
