Missional FootprintsSharing Mission and Outreach Each week, a parish profile will be posted, briefly describing the Missional work that is taking place at the Parish level. This week we will look at Christ Church, Fort Macleod. The Mission and Outreach for this parish involves bible study, youth programming and working alongside community groups such as Meals on Wheels, World Day of Prayer, and Kids First. This congregation provides a lunch for the community once a week, all year long. At Christmas, Christ Church offers a Blue Christmas service for those who find the Christmas season to be a stressful or sad time due to the loss of a loved one. Their focus in all they do is connecting with God and with each other, and reaching out to those around them in their community. We celebrate the work that God is doing through Christ Church! |

Room and board are provided by the Sisterhood. Companions, in turn, use their gifts to share in the work of ministry.
