This week we will look at St. Alban, Brooks. The parish of St. Alban, Brooks demonstrates its outreach and mission to their community by raising funds for a donation to Palliative Care, offering Food Bank donations on White Sunday, and supplying meals when needed. They embrace the culture of their community by opening their doors on Rodeo Parade Day. This church recognizes the challenges faced in their community regarding unemployment and the integration of new Canadians, and meet with other churches and local immigration groups to build bridges in an effort to meet those needs. St. Alban's is doing amazing work bringing the love of Christ to their community! |
